Last spring the kids and I decided to have a kid garden. They chose what they wanted to "farm" and we prepped the raised bed and planted strawberries, cherry tomatos, and zucchini.
Over the weekend we planted the summer of '08 crop. This year we have strawberries (they came back from last year), cherry tomatos (just one this year as they took over last time), sugar peas, carrots (from seed) and walla walla sweet onions. We still have to plant some watermelon and pumpkins for fall.
