Jason was honored Sunday with an award from the Tualatin Valley Youth Football league for Sportsmanship during the '08 football season. Out of 220 coaches, 20 received this award. Wow! We are so proud of him (but don't tell him...he'll get a big head). The best part for me was that he took Fisher to the awards ceremony. I think it's neat that he got to see his dad honored for something that we stand for and try to teach our kids. The old saying is true...You teach more by what you do than what you say.
Now if there was only an award for the wife who has to live with the football coach Aug - Oct...
